How AlphaPDF’s free export allowance works

AlphaPDF's free merge, compress, split, edit and sign tools share three successful standard exports per device per UTC day. You can start without an account. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC, and you do not need to sign up to return tomorrow.

One allowance across the free tools

The three exports are shared across the free tools, not three for each tool. Anonymous and signed-in free use share the same device allowance. Signing in, signing out or switching free accounts does not add exports.

What counts as an export?

A successful combined export counts once. Failed exports and repeat downloads of an existing result do not use another allowance. Uploading a file, opening the editor and changing settings are separate from creating a successful output.

Before exporting, check your page order and changes. After exporting, open the downloaded result and confirm it contains what you intended. Keep a copy of files you need.

What happens when the allowance runs out?

Read the message shown at the export step. You can return after the next reset at 00:00 UTC for the next day's free allowance. Creating or switching a free account does not reset the current day's count.

Which tools are outside the free allowance?

AI and OCR are not included. PDF-to-JPG and other converters, along with Premium tools, require paid access and an account. Review pricing and access details before choosing a paid workflow; do not assume that signing in grants Premium access.
