What it does
EML to PDF converts messages saved as .eml files into PDFs. The header with sender, recipients, subject and date is printed first, then the message. You can include supported attachments in the same PDF, keep only the body, or convert only the attachments.
When to use it
EML is what Apple Mail, Thunderbird and many webmail services produce when you save or download a message. Use this to file those emails with a case, invoice or project record, or to hand a message to someone who needs to read it without a mail app.
How to use EML to PDF

- Review the available settings and choose a 1, 7 or 30-day retention period, or Delete now to keep the result for just an hour.

Common questions
How do I save an email as EML?
In most mail apps, drag the message to your desktop or use Save As or Download message.
Does it keep the email thread?
It prints what is in the message, which often includes quoted earlier replies.
Can I convert several emails at once?
Yes. Upload a batch and each message becomes its own PDF.
I use Outlook. Is this the right tool?
Outlook usually saves .msg files. Use MSG to PDF for those.
