What it does
Excel to PDF prints the visible sheets of a workbook to PDF. You can fit all columns to the page width, let each sheet pick portrait or landscape, or squeeze each sheet onto a single page. Gridlines can be switched on or off.
When to use it
Use it to send a budget, timesheet or report to someone who should read it but not change it, or to attach figures to an email in a format anyone can open.
How to use Excel to PDF
- Sign in with an account that has Premium access.
- Upload .xls, .xlsx files. Each file can be up to 50 MB, with up to 25 files per batch.
- Review the available settings and choose a 1, 7 or 30-day retention period.
- Start the job, then download and check the result before its retention period ends.

Processing limits
Up to 50 MB per input; 25 files and 500 MB per batch. PDF limit: 2000 pages. Up to 2 active jobs per account. Output limit: 1000 MB. Renderer limits can reject especially large pages or images.

Common questions
Why is a sheet missing?
Hidden sheets are not printed. Unhide the sheet in Excel if you need it.
My columns are cut off. What should I change?
Choose fit to page width, or automatic orientation so wide sheets print in landscape.
Are formulas kept?
The PDF shows the calculated values. Formulas stay only in your Excel file.
What about values from other workbooks?
Links to external files cannot be refreshed. The last saved values are used and noted in the result.
