What it does
Webpage to PDF opens a public web address in a real browser and saves what it shows as a PDF. You can choose screen styling, which looks like the site in your browser, or print styling, which uses the site's own print layout. Paper size, orientation and a footer with the address and date are optional.
When to use it
Use it to keep a copy of an article, a terms page or a product listing as it looked on a given day, or to share a page with someone who will read it offline.
How to use Webpage to PDF
- Sign in with an account that has Premium access.
- Enter a public HTTP or HTTPS webpage URL.
- Review the available settings and choose a 1, 7 or 30-day retention period.
- Start the job, then download and check the result before its retention period ends.

Pages behind a login, private network addresses and sites that block automated visitors cannot be captured. Cookie banners and pop-ups may appear in the PDF.
Processing limits
Up to 50 MB per input; one input per job. PDF limit: 2000 pages. Up to 2 active jobs per account. Output limit: 1000 MB. Renderer limits can reject especially large pages or images.

Common questions
Can I capture a page I am logged in to?
No. The capture does not use your browser session, so only public pages work.
Why is part of the page missing?
Some sites load content slowly or on scroll. Increase the capture wait and try again.
Should I pick screen or print styling?
Screen matches what you see in a browser. Print is often cleaner for articles because it drops menus and ads.
Does the footer prove when I captured it?
It records the address and time of capture on the page, which is useful for your records. It is not a legal timestamp.
